Sunday’s Halloween Day Launch Marks The Third Commercial Crew Rotation To The Space Station

On Sunday Oct. 31, NASA and SpaceX are launching the third commercial crew rotation to the International Space Station. Crew-3 is made up of NASA astronauts Raja Chari, Tom Marshburn, and Kayla Barron as well as European Space Agency astronaut Matthias Maurer. The Crew-3 astronauts will contribute to more than 20 years of continuous research from living and working in space as well as help pave the way for future missions to the Moon and Mars. The Commercial Crew Program is helping to open low-Earth orbit to more people, more science, and more companies than ever before, and enabling more economic growth.
